What actually happens in our sessions?

We don’t just close our eyes and hope for the best.

After an initial conversation to figure out what’s actually going on in your life, your head, and your meditation practice, I’ll send over curated readings so you have the right context before we sit.

Then, in our live 1:1 sessions, we get practical. We use:

  • Breathwork: To settle the nervous system and ground the body.

  • Shamatha: To sharpen your focus and cultivate "calm abiding."

  • Vipassana: To move beyond the surface and actually investigate reality.

We will also always make time for open dialogue and Q&A—because if you can’t talk about your life and your meditation in the same breath, you probably aren't really living it.

The Single Sit (One Session)

$180 USD Best for: Tackling a block or getting a "tune-up" for your existing practice.

  • Includes: Initial discovery chat, 1:1 meditation guidance, and custom resources. Approx. 90 minutes.

The Consistent Path (2 Sessions / Month)

$250 USD Best for: Maintaining momentum and integrating mindfulness into a busy schedule.

  • Includes: Bi-weekly check-ins to keep your "head and life" aligned. Approx. 60 minutes per session.

The Transformation (4 Sessions / Month)

$440 USDBest for: Those ready to master Shamatha and Vipassana with dedicated mentorship.

  • Includes: Weekly accountability, deep-dive tutoring, and priority Q&A support. Approx. 60 minutes per session.
